This January, 64 amazing people are challenging themselves to #FindYour401 by taking on their very own 401 Challenge to help their mental wellbeing or support their community, friends or family.

Phileas Fogg's “Around the World in 80 Days” route covered 40,765 miles – which works out at 509.5 miles each day for eighty days! I’ve converted his miles to steps - converts to 40765 steps per week – that only 5823 a day
