Teresa has always been and always will be a huge and valued supporter of The 401 Foundation. Teresa donates £4.01 every month, manages a collection tin in her local shop, constantly helps spread the word of The 401 Foundation and even makes large donations direct to the charity through personal funds and fundraising activities. To date Teresa has raised £1000's for The 401 Foundation.

In December 2019, Bernie decided to run everyday which too some isn't that unusual. However, Bernie being Bernie decided to run miles based on the day number, so 1st being 1 and 24th being 24. He raised £3134 for two charities, or which The 401 Foundation was one of them. We benefited from £1567 which goes to support projects in his local region, and before you ask, yes he did run in that outfit round the streets of Bristol!

As well as his role as Chairman of The 401 Foundation board, Shaun's likes to run! In 2019 he ran the Great North Run in aid of The 401 Foundation rising £516.50 and supporting projects in his local region.

In 2019, Katie who is a huge supporter of The 401 Foundation and featured in The 401 Book took on a huge challenge. She did a sponsored Skydive in aid of The 401 Foundation and raised £2535. This goes to support projects in her region.

Taking on a marathon is a massive deal, let along one of the biggest in the world! Jon ran the New York marathon in aid of The 401 Foundation raising £1,342.50 for cause in his local region.
In 2019 Sarah ran the famous Race to the Stones. A 100km ultra marathon between Oxford and Avebury along the Ridgeway. She raised £906.25 for The 401 Foundation which will go to support projects in her local region.

AMY AND JONATHAN O'CONNOR
Over the course of 2019,
Team O’Connor, or otherwise known as Jonathan and Amy raised an amazing £1,827.50 by undertaking their own set of 401 Challenges. They even managed to get their fundraising match funded by The Yorkshire Property charity. These funds will go to support community projects in their region.
In 2019, Sarah decided to take it upon herself to cover as many miles as possible in lots of different ways. She raised £648.25 for The 401 foundation which goes towards supporting projects in her region.
In 2019, Laura ran the Great North Run in aid of The 401 Foundation. She raised £308.75 which will go to support causes in her local region.

THE PEAKY MINDERS
To date our largest ever fundraising group! This team of intrepid adventurers took on a mammoth challenge, they not only climbed the 4 highest peaks in the British Isles (Ben Nevis, Scafell, Snowdon, Carrauntoohil), but also cycled between the peaks covering over 750 miles in 12 days to raise over £50K for Heads Together and The 401 Foundation. The 401 Foundation benefited from £25,312.94 which will go towards supporting projects in their region.

In 2019, Kathryn Hutchinson ran the Virgin London Marathon in aid of The 401 Foundation raising a massive £2061 that will support projects in her local region.

In 2018, Nikki Love ran 1230km in 32 days around Ireland in aid of The 401 Foundation and Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland. She raised £227.50 for The 401 Foundation which will go to support cause in her local region.

Back in 2019 Asahi chose The 401 Foundation as their Corporate Charity of the Year. They raised £4,115 for The 401 Foundation through fundraising efforts during the year, including a Three Peaks Challenge. All funds will go to support local community projects in their region.

In 2018, Erin took on The Race to The Stones. A gruelling 100km non-stop race along the Ridgeway from oxford to Avebury. She raised £265 for The 401 Foundation which goes to support projects in her local region.

In 2019 Elizabeth took on one of the hards things she has ever done, which was to run the Everest Marathon. We were honoured she chose to do it in aid of The 401 Foundation and in turn after completing the race, she managed to also raise in excess of £2000 which has gone to support projects in her region already.

In 2018 Jon decided to take on a huge challenge. Going from not running at all to running his first ever half marathon then on to running his first marathon. There was no stopping Jon as he raised over £1,200 for The 401 Foundation, supporting projects in his local region!
